Q. so i have windows vista 32-bit and i recently installed a screen recorder but since i used it once (it was too difficult to use) whenever i drag a window it doesn't drag the window but a black outline, i uninstalled it and nothing changed! anyone knows a solution?
A. Might be a setting in Windows.
You want "Show contents while dragging".
Note this takes a lot of CPU resources and may cause performance compromises.
I'm on Linux right now, but I'll check back with a location later.

A. I suspect you have hardware problems. If you are familiar with tools for stressing diffrent computer components to find out which component might be causing this error than I suggest you to download this tools, burn them to cd(you will need working computer for this-maybe friend's)
and leave it running in your problematic computer.

For hard drive go to your vendor's official website and find a hard drive testing tool. Almost every hdd vendor has it. Download it install on a cd and pop it in computer and let it run for some hours. If your computers crashes while running one of these two utilitties than you will know there is a big change that component is corrupted.
As I said in my opinion you have hardware problems with computer. If you are not familiar with tools above, it would be best to send it to computer technician.
